at the parents teacher meet

Standard

the teacher says: Your firstborn brings a sense of peace and calm into the class. He gives me confidence that I can teach and he will learn. I am pleased to have a child like him in my class…”

I am floating in this pink cloud somewhere.

And i try to forget that this is the teacher who has spelt writing as “writting” in bold letters on the cover of 20 class-work notebooks.

  1. You should be proud !!! How many kids can foster confidence in their teacher ??? I’m sure he must be giving off his awesome one-liners to her as well !!!
I’ll watch out for the pink cloud from my window !!

  2. Kudos! To Fb and his parents 🙂 don’t come down to earth for a long while 😀

Altho’, I would look askance if my kid’s teacher depended on a 4 year old to give her confidence!!!

  3. @mim- ohh yeah.. reminds me of one of my favoritiest teachers (taught me in std 4) who pronounced and wrote ‘target’ as ‘tarjet’ and Prithvi as Prithiv.. her ‘prediction’ abt most of her students turned out to be uncannily true, so when i read abt FB’s teacher I sorta did a flash back 🙂

  4. neelum: you cant be watching out of the window if you have to be hard at work mopping and dusting and etc. what would aadu say?

starry: “I would look askance if my kid’s teacher depended on a 4 year old to give her confidence!!!” ME TOO:-)

ajcl: hmmm. my FAVOURITE teacher could spell so well — and his prediction about me came out true.
